Will this work at my address?
The service needs compatible cellular coverage. Coverage varies by location, so call or visit us to discuss your address before choosing a plan.
Can I keep my current number?
Ask us to check whether your number is eligible to transfer before cancelling your existing service.
Can I use my current phone?
Most standard touch-tone corded and cordless phones can connect to the unit. You supply the telephone handset; it is not included with the $199 home phone unit.
Do I need home internet?
No. The unit connects through available cellular coverage, so it does not need your home internet or a traditional telephone line.
Is voicemail included?
Yes. Voicemail is included with both the Canada-wide plan and the Canada & U.S. plan.
What happens during a power outage?
The unit includes a backup battery for short interruptions. Runtime varies, and a cordless-phone base still needs its own power. Keep another way to make calls during a power or network outage.
