What happens to unused data?
Unused plan data can roll over for up to two additional payment cycles under Fizz's current rules. Add-ons, gifts and rewards have separate conditions.
Can members gift data?
Eligible current-cycle plan data can be gifted to another eligible Fizz member. Rolled-over data cannot be gifted.
How long does a number transfer take?
Timing varies. Keep your old service active, approve the request and watch for messages if the carrier needs more information.
