How long does a repair take?
Timing depends on the repair, part availability and current queue. We’ll give you an estimate before work begins.
Which parts are available for my iPhone?
Part options vary by model and repair. We’ll explain the available options before you approve the work.
Is there a warranty?
Ask us about the defect warranty available for your repair and part option. Premium and Original iPhone screen repairs also include the separate 1-Year Cracked Screen Warranty described in the full terms below.
What if I crack my screen again?
If it happens within a year of your Premium or Original screen repair, the replacement is free. Parts and labour included, $0 deductible. It covers one replacement, so a second break in the same year is repaired at our regular price.
Do I need to register the warranty?
No. It is added to your invoice and registered to your device's serial number when we do the repair. There is nothing to activate and nothing to keep track of. Just mention it when you come in and we will look it up by your name or phone number.
