What if I crack my screen again?

If it happens within a year of your Original Samsung screen repair, the replacement is free. Parts and labour included, $0 deductible. There is nothing to register, it is tied to your invoice and serial number. It covers one replacement, so a second break in the same year is repaired at our regular price.

Is my water resistance maintained?

While we use OEM-grade seals, we can not guarantee factory-level IP ratings after a device is opened.

What models do you service?

1-Year Cracked Screen Warranty: included with Original (OEM) Samsung screen repairs. Covers one cracked screen replacement, parts and labour, within 365 days of the original repair, $0 deductible. Registered to the device IMEI or serial on the original invoice and non-transferable. Covers screen cracks only; excludes liquid damage, bent or damaged frames, back glass, loss, and theft. A second break within the warranty period is charged at regular price. Customers may decline the warranty at time of sale for $20 off the repair.
