How long do Samsung repairs take?
Repair timing depends on the model, part availability and current queue. We’ll give you an estimate before work begins.
Do you use original Samsung screens?
We offer multiple part tiers, including OEM service-pack parts as well as refurbished and aftermarket options. Original (OEM) screen repairs also include our 1-Year Cracked Screen Warranty, which the other tiers do not.
Is there a warranty?
Ask us about the defect warranty available for your repair and part option. Original (OEM) Samsung screen repairs also include the separate 1-Year Cracked Screen Warranty described in the full terms below.
What if I crack my screen again?
If it happens within a year of your Original Samsung screen repair, the replacement is free. Parts and labour included, $0 deductible. There is nothing to register, it is tied to your invoice and serial number. It covers one replacement, so a second break in the same year is repaired at our regular price.
Is my water resistance maintained?
Opening a device can affect its water resistance. Factory-level water-resistance ratings cannot be guaranteed after repair.
