What’s covered & exclusions
One cracked screen replacement, including parts and labour, within 365 days of the original eligible repair, with a $0 deductible. Coverage is registered to the device IMEI or serial number on the original invoice and is non-transferable.
Screen cracks only. Liquid damage, bent or damaged frames, back glass, loss and theft are excluded. A second break during the warranty period is charged at the regular price. This is separate from defect coverage and the warranty on pre-owned devices.
Customers may decline this coverage at the time of sale for $20 off the repair.

Can I return a device?
For retail purchases, eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. A 10% restocking fee applies. Return labels are free for accepted defective-device returns; you pay return shipping for other eligible returns. Read the full return policy for condition, packaging and sale-item exclusions.
